Admissions

The Process for Admissions is Simple

Step 1

CONTACT US

Our support staff will schedule a FREE assessment to determine what type of treatment is best for your child. During this assessment your child will meet with a licensed clinician for 60-90 minutes to evaluate his/her drug, alcohol, or gaming use history. We are committed to determining the right level of treatment for your child. If Vencer is not the best treatment option, our clinician will help connect you to a more appropriate level of care.

Step 2

BILLING

If you have insurance we will collect this along with any necessary financial information. We will verify your insurance benefits and talk to you about the various payment options including deductibles and/or co-pays. We will work with you on a plan that fits your needs.

Step 3

SCHEDULING

If you decide that your child should be admitted to our treatment center we will work with you to schedule convenient time to start treatment. We will also discuss transportation options if that is a concern.

Step 4

ARRIVAL

Our support staff will stay in contact with you to make sure that the admissions process runs smoothly and on time. Our support staff is in constant communication with our facility and clinical team to anticipate your child’s arrival and make sure his/her arrival is a positive experience.

PAYMENT
OPTIONS

The issue of payment is major concern for individuals and families. We can accept most of the major insurance providers. Due to recent health care law changes, by law all insurance providers are required to provide mental health coverage including addiction treatment. That means that your insurer must pay for treatment for you or your insured family members.

When you call us at, 1-702-267-6277, we will first answer your questions and then a caring treatment advisor will walk you through each step of the process. The first step will be to determine both the level of care (through a free assessment), and a verification of your insurance benefits.

Once this is completed our team will walk you through the best payment options.
